find a nice reputable mom and pop owned jewelers (like one thats been around for a longtime) and get some custm made shit. You'll spend just as much as tiffanys for a one of kind.

I don't know about the tiffanys necklace, every chick under the sun has one. Maybe thats just over here though...louis vuitton has a great jewelry line out now. When the monogram bracelet comes to the ala moana store its mine Unless I get it for vday from me man...which I highly doubt.

Even Nordstroms has a very nice jewelry area with some real quality stuff like miki moto.
