Whole package (including personality) is what's important. But if forced to choose....rear (not flat), hair (long, thick, and dark/black or red), face are crucial. Chest is important but not crucial.
With that said, I'm married, so it doesn't matter what I think anymore anyway.

The sexiest body part is her mind. Everything else comes after that. I can't carry on a conversation with a woman if she is dumber than a box of rat hair. If she is intelligent, then I'll notice if other parts of her are attractive.
