You could try to hand write her a letter a day (send it postal) about how you feel about her, place flowers on her house/car in the morning or send them to her, Take shoe polish and write on her car how much you love her, take some bleach and write out "I'm sorry, please forgive me" on her lawn, Sing her that Bryan Adams song "Please Forgive me."

I'm just throwing out some suggestions. I've never really had this happen to me.
Although, I told a chic I was dating over X-mas break (years ago) that I would never take her back if she ever slept with anyone besides me (while we are seeing wach other). I asked her if she would take me back if I did that to her and she said that she would take me back. What a retard. Then she calls me up during Spring Break to see if I wanted to go to South Padre with her all bills paid, so I said sure. At Padre, she met my later-to-be fiance (funny thing is that they both had the same name). Sometime during that week, I was able to leave her and hook up with my current fiance. When we got back into town (and after I did the deed with her), I told her she really needs to see other people...b/c the long distance thing wasn't really working for me. She tried to throw in the 3-some thing, but my mind was already made up. I have to admit though, she was really fun in the sack, up for anything. I hope I didn't damage her too much!

I don't know dude. You have to find a way to convince her that you are the best thing that has or will ever happen to her. She needs to come off thinking that even though you cheated on her, multiple times, she could forgive you this one and only time. Maybe let her breathe for a week, then if she hasn't called, you might want to give her a call.

I kindly disagree. There are millions of relationships that survive this exact type of situation.
However, to lie, even after being caught red-handed shoots to your moral character. I'd rather face the consequences of my actions and own up to my faults than to be doubly shady and compound lie after lie
