BEST ADVICE: TALK TO HER AND Concentrate on HER pleasure, she'll get off better and be happier with you and you'll be happier. Control your motion, change pace and speed when you feel you're getting close...and get her close before you go in (tongue?)

tighten the muscle for 2 seconds then release for 2 seconds, repeat this procedure for 2~5 minutes. You will become an iron man after a few month practice. you can google "PC muscle" on the net.
