So far, what I've gathered, is that if you're in a long-term relationship with a girl who is open (or inclined) to more adventurous sexual exploits, you should still be careful as to not make her feel like a side dish. And that under no circumstances should the other girl ever spend the night. And if my girl is encouraging penetration, I don't think I'll skip out on it, that's for sure. What's the point of having a threesome if I'm not penetrating the other girl? I think the idea is not to be too selfish. Did you bring the topic up or did your girl? If she did then try and take a more "generous" stance with an emphasis on fulfilling your girlfriend's fantasy. Well, it's a prescription medication so obviously there are side effects. Because it is a vasodilator (enlarges blood vessels, ergo the benefit during sex), it may have adverse reactions in patients with a history of hypertension, myocardial infarction, or cerebrovascular accident (high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke respectively). In a young healthy male it shouldn't be a problem. I like it because it shortens the refractory time between orgasms so you can nut a 2nd time more quickly. Although not indicated for females, it leads to engorgement of the clitoris which can be enjoyable for "pushing their button" so to speak.
