ASASN is a retard.

Post vids of 135 benching 270 CHEST TO BAR, otherwise shut your face dorkpowder.

Back on topic -

Be happy your not in a relationship, and stop playing victim.

There is no such thing as "I didn't deserve it" - fact is - it happened , so you have to deal with it REGARDLESS.

When one door closes, another opens. Stay positive, everyday get's easier. Be thankful you found out after 4.5 years instead of marrying the girl .

While I don't agree with the way ASASN21 said it, he is right..

life can be much worse..

it's not what happens in life, it's how you deal with it..

let's see the OP is 20..

by 20 years old I can say that I had much worse things happen to me already (like being shot twice while in the USMC)...

IMO, and it took a long time for me to see the "big" picture.. there are no problems in life, only solutions waiting to happen..

How you cope and deal with the adversities in your life builds your character, either it will make you stronger and more powerful, or it will tear you down until you are living in a pool of your own self pity..

no one owes you anything... Your life is what you make of it.. So get up, get out, and make something of it..

Girls will come and go, jobs will come and go, living quarters will come and go.. It's life.....

I think we've all been in similar situations as far as relationships go. While it sucks to be left for dead, once you start getting over the fact that it happened it feels very good.

You need to get yourself away from all contact. Pictures, notes, numbers, etc...the sooner that shit is gone the quicker you'll be able to get out of the hole you're in.

You're only 20 dude...think of all the chicks that go to school near San Antonio and Austin at your disposal. There IS 50,000 other chicks out there that you will have more fun with and will have more in common with. You've still got some growing to do, mentally. Look at this time as a time to get your life together.

When you think about her, go work out. Take up some hobbies. It def. makes it worse to post up in here. Make a list of the negatives.

Being single ain't all that bad. Think of how much better of a person you are going to be by the time the next girl comes around. Just dont look for it, she'll come.

Good advise from the above post. You've got one shot at this thing....you can make this anything you want. Dont waste your time dwelling on skirts.

LOL I don't need to post "vids." I know I do it, everybody I train with knows I do it, and the people I train know I do it. Couldn't really give a fuck if anybody on a car forum believes me or not.

Actually, how far is Queens from RI? I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to show you in person big guy

Oh BTW, the fact you felt the need to try and call me out on it shows the envy...

AZN.M3NACE - After rereading what I have replied with, I would like to apologize for the way I said it. I meant what I said, I just should not have said it in such a manner. Basically I was just saying that there are much bigger things in life to worry about, and you shouldn't be so down about these couple of (in my opinion) minor things that have come up. I have been thru things in my short life that have opened my eyes to a lot. We're young dude, there's no reason to be hating your life so soon, especially over a girl. Again, sorry for being an asshole, I guess that's just my personality lol

No worries bro. I just really didn't know what else was coming because I've had so much happen within the past 2-3 years and it feels like it wasn't going to stop. Either way, I would have gotten over it which I did. My ex and I are still friends, but I've moved on. Found some one better, more talented, and smarter, great personality, and who makes me happy. If my ex wants me back in any sort of way, the answer will be NO. She doesn't deserve the forgiveness for what she had done with me. But anyway, thanks for all of your respects and responses guys. It really did help and get my mind off things and got things back in shape. Been spending time more with the new girl, my car, work and school. That way it keeps my mind off from the past.

Sorry to hear all this has happened but obviously you are moving on. Things will get better and don't forgot college is a lot of fun. Enjoy this girl and try not to get too attached right away, sounds very very rebound like

Having moved on so soon may mean that the new girl is a rebound...to be compared to the ex and that has all the qualities she was lacking and why she's better. It's all good though, everything and everyone happens for a reason. Just be honest with people and yourself and you can sleep at night.

If you never step in sh*t you cannot definitively say that you don't like the smell/having to clean it up. The more bad girlfriends/dates you go through the more ready and aware you will be when the RIGHT one comes along.

I'll admit I never had a string of events happen to me like they did you, but I had moments where I felt similar. I think we all have. You've definitly had some cards stacked against you, and I think you're entitled to a bit of ranting and raving.

But I'm always saddened when I hear people say they "hate their life", especially young people. The curse of being 20 is you haven't had the benefit of a longer view of things. Your life may suck right now, but it's far from over.

Everyone faces challenges. But how you decide to meet them makes the difference. You are tougher than these problems. You can overcome the decisions made by your parents by making better choices when your time comes. You will find another girl (and really, someone who's 19 that picks a 17 year old over you does not have the kind of judgement that you want to spend the rest of your life with - count that as a gift and an opportunity, not a problem). I'm guessing women in Texas > women in Everett.

Don't let your problems define who you are. Decide that for yourself and go after who you want to be. Often times we learn things about ourselves that can only be learned through trials. No one becomes a stronger person in good times when things are easy. Your character is built in the tough times. Don't dispair to the point where you loose a lesson to be learned through all this. Maybe you're learning that when you become a parent you won't do to your children what's happening to you. Maybe you're learning more about the right kind of woman to be with. Maybe both of those lessons will combine to give you a better future than you would have had otherwise. These kinds of lessons are expensive because they come in bad times. But recongnize the opportunity you have too. There is something to be gained if you keep you eye out for it.

I hate to disappoint you, but this won't be the last time you feel this way. The better life-long skill to develop is how to weather these storms, not be overcome by them. Because more will come. That's just life.

For now, give yourself permisison to be sad, but don't stay sad too long. Consider what this moment can teach you. Go be 20. Go meet some girls, go focus on your future.

I don't know what your "professional" experience is, but just by saying something as fucking stupid as what you just said completely negates your "professionalism."

Seriously man, it's one thing to try and call someone out on it (because I know benching 270 at 135 is not very common), but to say in general people who bench that much have to weigh more is just fucking stupid.

First of all, knock off the attitude.

Second, I spent twelve years in the US Navy with the SEALs, I know a lot of fit people and I'm rather fit myself. I'm not a bodybuilder nor do I proclaim to be a gym guru. To this day, I'm still involved with the community.

Third, you're an idiot. I didn't say it was impossible, I just implied its unlikely. Burden of proof is upon you.

Fourth, this is not a penis contest, this is a thread about a person who wanted relationship advice. Get a clue or get out.

Go there and see some of the records on there... me putting up 270 at 135 is pretty common with those guys. I can't find it but I think the national record for bench press in the 132 LBS weight class is 340.

Oh yeah, if anyone else doubts me, I will be competing this November and I will probably be taking the NE record for bench. I would LOVEE to see all you envious bitches there

First, no attitude man, I just get kinda annoyed when people say things like that concerning body weight and what not.

Second, training with SEALs is definitely sick, props to that.

Lastly, and this for EVERYONE, GO BACK TO PAGE 1, I DID NOT BRING UP THIS BENCHING OR "PENIS CONTEST" STUFF. GIBSON BROUGHT IT INTO PLAY. NOT ME.

What I brought up had nothing to do with your benching ability. In all honesty, I posted that thread to point out that were you making fun of someone for how much they bench, which in my opinion is retarded. I did this in reference to the amount of retard I saw in your posts in this thread. It's just that simple. It isn't my fault that others read the rest of the thread and pointed out the other issues they came across.

I could really care less about how much you claim to lift. I do still think you're retarded though and apparently I'm not the only one.

Really how hard is it to take a video to prove the nay-sayers? For someone who gloats so much I would expect you to document your oh so amazing 135 lb "physique" and "power".

It's possible for him to bench over his body weight even though he's a small punk bitch. HAHA How are you doing now young man? Still crying I hope not I'm in a worse situation but I'm not crying I'm just dealing with it.
