I was just wondering is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that when you are in a relationship girls are always flirting or basically want you. Once you are available the ones who wanted you are suddenly losing interest or their "crazy" starts to show. I guess it's just that we want what we can't have, or supply and demand??

I'll just add that, it's not as simple as "trying too hard" - rather, you're being needy and imposing yourself or situations on someone that doesn't feel the same way about you.

No doubt that women are attracted to a secure, confident man.

But a man in a relationship, that looks to get with opportunistic women while he is in a relationship, or feels that he needs adulation from the female on-lookers while in a relationship, is anything but secure. So the interest is not always because you look "secure".

Sometimes you just run up on women that are just like the "casual male"...they see a prime target, and they just wanna fuck. They don't want you, they just wanna have fun with you and send your ass home. It ain't always profound...

Besides, any woman that gets with a man while he is with another woman, or vice versa, should know that it can't ever be a true relationship from a "trust" standpoint. That issue will always be in the back of your mind: If he cheated to get with you, then he will probably cheat on you, too eventually! And vice versa...

It's because they:

1. Can sense your increased level of confidence now that you are in a relationship
2. Like to get what they can't have
3. Want to always compete against your girlfriend

Once you are single, you are no longer on the radar.

 

This happened to me all the time in my single days, but I never experience it anymore. My wife has always had issues with me going out without her, so I just gave in and stay home all the time.

I believe it's the challenge that women are attracted to. "I bet I could get his attention even if he's with someone". The sad part is what happens when the involved man responds to those subtle advances. It almost always ends up badly.

Also, women on the prowl are like sharks and can sense what i refer to as "JFL" or the "just f-cked look."
