They say the best way to get over a guy is to get under another one, or a few....But seriously, it does help to get out and meet/date other people. I know u tried, but try harder. That way you'll stop idealizing your ex and realize there are other people out there that can be just as good if not better for you.

I can't really say anything that hasn't been said other than; both of you are still young and growing up. People start changing and becoming who they really are, not who their peers want them to be. Graduating H.S. is the first real step to maturity and the becoming of who you are. You still have a whole life ahead of you and most likely a better match for the woman you're becoming.
