I hate peeps that try to 'hook' you up...
Last night, buddy of mine wanted to go out, and his girl wanted to hang out with us... which was cool, cuz usually, I just meet some other peeps to talk to and try not to hang out too much with the lovebirds (although he is planning a pre-emptive break up next week 
)...
So, my buddy comes over and says that the girls are coming over. It was like 6 and I was itching for dinner and said I'm gonna have a sandwich (PB&J... my new addiction for the next few weeks), but JR told me that we were all gonna go out for dinner as a group. So, I decided to wait... TILL 8!!!
By now, I'm sorta annoyed, but I figure it's nothing a few beers won't take care of. The girls show up and it's JR's girl and one of her friends. I say hi and we talk, but she's not really into it, so I just kinda talk to the other two.
We get to the restaurant, and we've had a few drinks and conversation's getting lively, but this chick is still not talking. So, as we walk out of the restaurant, I ask JR's girl what's up with the girl, and she says that she just broke up with her boyfriend and that she figured that she and I would get along...
Now, I'm thinking "hmmm... who's stupid enough to drag a downer girl to a double date?" I tell JR this while walking downtown to a bar, and he just shrugs and says he just told his gf to bring someone. And I guess he knows the girl a little bit and says that the least I could do was to show her a good time.
So we get to the bar, and I have a few drinks and I'm trying to talk to her, but every five minutes, she gets a text message and runs off. I'm thinking 'I tried on my end... I'm outs." and start miggling with some other peeps...
At around one AM, JR text's me and says their ready to leave. Their all drunk as the Bush twins at a frat party, so I end up driving... The lovebirds wanna cuddle in the back, so Ms. Sorrow sits up front (BTW, Jeep Cherokees are really easy to slide in on a icy road)... She begins to talk about how bad men are in general and then somehow ends up talking about 90210... weird.
So, I drop them off at JR's place, and walk over to mine and watch Ghost in the Shell on Cartoon Network and fall asleep on the couch.
And just about 30 minutes ago, I got a call from JR's gf that I was being an asshole to her friend, that she was trying to open up to me, and I didn't listen, and that she felt dissed because I didn't hang out with her.
I hate the people I know...

Damn Junkster that sucks man. Well the best thing I can say is don't worry about it too much. If her friend was too caught up with her ex and was too into 90210...well she wasn't gonna be much fun anyway. Just take them as they come and roll with the punches. There are always more females out there.

I'm such an asshole...
That's the whole lesson of this story, boys and girls... Don't date inter-politically. That's bad news.
Dating is kinda getting hard for me, since most of my friends have dried up their potential friends, and since I'm totally in limbo about my life for the next four years (the med school stuff, which I'll update tonight). So, it's been pretty much hit and miss. Some have been decent, but most have been dull at best. And nobody seems to wanna go out with a 26 year old with a menial job and possibly going to school for the following four years...
Story time has slowed down ever since Tim went to China and took my old A-Logs. He promised to send me the burned files soon, but I think teaching engrish while learning chinese is taking some time for him...
Junkster, who is gonna skip on the MNF to fill out some apps
