Just wondering what kind of distances you have between each other. I'm expecting everything from a different country to an apartment across the street.

Me and my girlyfriend are almost exactly 45 minutes apart. At times it's a little far but usually we don't have a problem with it.

Usually when the conversation starts like "You should come down here, the house is empty" I really start wishing we weren't 45 minutes apart...

 

Shes never more than 20 feet from me. we live together. before though we were only 5 min away. i had an ex that lived 45 min away. it wasnt too bad at the time since i worked about 30 min away from home.

When we were still dating, my husband lived 1 hour away so we would only see each other during weekends. The commute went on for about 2 years until we moved in together a couple of months before we got married.

Greatest distance we have been apart has been about 6900 miles (she was in Beijing and I was in DC) for about 10 months.

 

Damn! And I'm complaining about my gf going to the Philippines for 2 weeks...

 

A girl I'm seeing now lives about 30 miles away, which can easily be 5,000,000 years drive time depending on traffic.
