I've dealt with penises of all sizes. The smallest I've seen in person was about 2 inches. It looked like my thumb. The guy was ok at oral and stuff, but with a penis that small there literally wasn't much for me to do with it except suck it like a thumb or use my index finger and thumb to jack him off (that's all that I could wrap around it).
