First time for me to post in here, but i'm in a small dilemma here. I'm a senior in high school and have been single now for about 6 months, last relationship lasted 8 months but then i cut it off. This one girl at my school has had a thing for me since we were freshman, i've never really liked her all that much, and as the grades passed she has slept around and doesn't have the greatest reputation. We've been friends for a while now and we hang out with the same people, etc...She isn't all that attractive but she has a decent body. She admitted that she has a thing for me which i basically already know and she has been extra flirty with me lately and i'm cool with that I kind of just blow it off. I've explained to her that I don't want a relationship at all especially someone that goes to the same school as me because of all the drama and stuff, and she was cool with that. Well me, her, and a whole group of friends were hanging out last night and it was about time for me to go home so i was walking out to my car, she followed/walked me out and i gave her a hug like everyone always does and when i was about to let go I kinda looked up and her face was literally 1 inch from mine...then she kissed me I don't know if i should be happy about that or not, I mean i have no problem being a friends with benefits type thing with her, but i didn't want everyone to know about it if we ever did and of course all the other people we were with saw us out the window. Oh and this wasn't like a BIG kiss this was a maybe a 10 second thing. The thing is since she doesn't have a good reputation and everyone at school knows about it i would get a bad rep too. Any thought on what I should do? Sorry for the long paragraph, just ranting

 

IMO i think you should just play it off like a "just kinda happened" thing. if all you would want to be with this girl is fwb i wouldnt do it just for the sake of your rep.

now if you think there might be something real to it i would say feel it out and see how it goes w/o getting physical.

but the way you describe your relationship with her i would just forget it ever happened.

 

Have some respect for yourself. Don't be desperate. You wrote many times in that paragraph that you aren't interested.

 

your in highschool, id bang her before she leaves, if you dont want a relationship, then you dont have to have one.

If you dont want to bang her becuase shes slept around, then dont. But if the sole reason alone is fear of a relationship, she knows you dont want one,...why not have some fun?

 

not a bad idea, but make sure she knows that its only for fun. otherwise she could go fatal attraction on your ass.

If the ONLY reason you don't want something with her is her reputation, people can change. If shes good looking enough that someone who doesn't know about her reputation wouldn't think poorly of you, I'd say get(her) tested and go for it. Plus its HS, you'll never see most of these people ever again...

I dunno exactly how people are classified as sluts in highschool these days. A large amount of the girls(and guys for that matter) in my school sleep around, but for some reason only some of them are "sluts."

best advice that was given to me when i was 16 was to bang as many girls as possible in high school because once you get older you are going to wish you took advantage of that.

 

make sure she doesnt have any STDs, since you stated that she slept around quite a bit.

Guys don't get bad reps for sleeping around, even though they should. The girls who are worth waiting for will hold it over your head though. My vote: don't sleep with her unless you can see yourself marrying her.

Ok seriously....I think if I read correctly, you're not interested. Just tell her that. I know you're in highschool like everyone else says, but crazy chicks can be any age. The last thing you need is for you to sleep with her just for the sake of having some sex, and end up not being to get rid of her.

IMO, a lot of times when girls say that they are cool with you not wanting a relationship....they are lying.

Sounds like she's after more than sex, a relationship maybe, and if you're not interested, not worth your time IMO. On the other hand, I'll be honest, once you graduate and go to college, HS doesn't matter anymore Just wrap it up and be safe

 

 

The girls who are labeled "sluts" are usually teases who probably didn't give it up to the guys who were talking... also, other girls are notorious for spreading the "slut" rumor around liberally about the girls they don't like at school.

9 times out of 10, the "slut" is a virgin where the "nice girl" has been with like 12 dudes.

Granted, I was in high school while you were in... fuck... preschool? Crap. Either way, I don't think things have changed that much. The easiest way to ruin a girl's high school career is to label her (wrongly) as a slut. Thus the rumor mill has a very big role at high schools across America (and beyond.

 

That's like telling them to remember to always wear clean underwear in case they're in an accident.

When I was in high school, and even college, I didn't know hardly any girls that can keep that quiet.

 

You're not into her, doesn't sound like you are eager to sleep with her either, why deal with the drama? Just let it go.

jut hit it man....who knows you maybe actually like her in the end. but anyways it's HS i've been through that and trust me if ur going off to college where no one else is really going then who cares because you'll prob never see these people again and no one knows your "rep". i went out with a girl that had a bad rep, yea she was a good hit, but in the end she was a good girl and not really a slut. i still cut her lose after a little while but i don't regret it in a way. i'm now in college and no one knows who you are, no do you know them, it's another 4 years to develope a rep.

 

Just fuck her like everyone else has.
