You'll here a yes, and if she says no, still give her the flowers and wish her a great day. From that point on, keep on ignoring her... the game of mouse and cat always works. The question then will be, is it worth it? And like I said, have fun.

OP, so what are you prepared to do worst case scenario if you get there next week and her manager is working over her shoulder again?
What is your backup plan? There's no turning back now you have to do it! That way her pics can show up in the pretty girl thread in 2 weeks when you guys all go out and get $hit faced.

similar situation. i was in the hospital and had a nurse that just blew my mind everytime i saw her. she would come in and do all kinds of stuff for me and one of my buddies kept telling me to ask her out. Well i pussed out and didnt. Went home and 2 weeks later i broke my arm and she happened to be doing an ER rotation. Her first question to me was.... Why did you never ask me out?

I asked a teller out by being direct after a little bit of small talk. I had many small talks with her over the course of a month or so until she knew me. Very mundane stuff like using her name (easy because of the name tag) and telling her good weekend, nice day, etc.
FYI: We ended up with nothing in common and parted ways. She still works there and I still say hi.
