Love is a dedication thing, not just chemical. Anything where you wouldn't give her a kidney isn't love, it's lust or infatuation or one helluva blow job. Just say you like her a lot. Keep it to "I like you" for a while until she's bringing in a hot girlfriend into bed or something.
