This is going to be wierd. She's coming out to see my new house and to help me do some decorating and painting. She's staying until Monday night.

I don't know what to do... I love her and miss her a lot but there is no easy solution.

 

 

For those of us who haven't been keeping up with your exploits please clarify:
1. who is the chick who will be bearing your son?
2. if your ex-wife is your best friend why did you divorce?
3. who are the other women in your life?

Anyway, I have a hunch you'll be remarrying the ex sometime in the future although there may several marriages in between.

I hope that it turns out okay. I dont think that you should do anything if that is going to give anyone false hope of getting back together though. I hated sleeping with my X and having the moron idea that we were getting back together :'(

 

1. Lori is the mother to be. We are good friends, but nothing more. I can't seem to have more of a relationship with anyone since I miss Karen (the ex) so much. Yes, Karen knows about Lori.

2. I divorced because the grass is always greener on the other side. Or at least, that's what people think. I got together with her when I was 20, and she was 30. I never experienced anything in my life and I figured out that I needed to. I'm now living alone for the first time in my life and even though it is kinda lonely, it is good for me.

I think your hunch is correct. I just needed to live a little. Didn't want to have a kid in the process but that's not to say it will be a bad thing.

3. The other women in my life are women that don't hold up to my standards... After I get to know them, I don't care for them too much and can't see myself in a long term relationship. I guess after you are married to someone you love, love isn't easy to find anymore... Anyways, in the meantime, I'm having fun and being careful.

Who knows what is going to happen this weekend.

Well, Ash, It is good to be able to remain on good terms with an ex-wife. So many divorces turn into 'get-even-matches'. I think it would be best for both paties involved to not get involved this weekend. Just let your true feelings come forth but remain in control. Was Lori "the" reason for your divorce from Karen? DO NOT take Karen to Hooters! And, are you somewhat concerned about unexpected visitors while she is visiting? I hope it does not get ugly for you this weekend. Women can be very vindictive sometimes, especially scorned ones.
