Just wondering who on here is childfree by choice. Meaning: You know for sure that you NEVER want to have kids, for whatever reason.

While I do have some older friends that have children, and respect the choice to have kids, I just know (for various reasons) it's not for me, now or ever. Why do so many people think it's a horrible thing to not have or want kids? Better to admit that you don't want them than to have kids for the sake of having kids, and be a bad parent.

 

Both my girlfriend and I are. We intend to stay that way, never had any desire for kids. We have pets

Didn't you already had this same thread 6 months ago??? Anyway, I respect the opinion of somebody who doesn't want kids. That's entirely up to them. What gets me is when they start comparing a kid to a material or financial entity such as the asshole who talk about not wanting kids because they were a bad investment.

its not bad to want to be child free by choice. But when you want to a vasectomy just because you dont what these "hoes" getting pregnant and taking your money, the that makes you a douchebag.

WTF is the point of another thread. Trying to make yourself feel better or justify the position maybe? Looks like your not too comfortable with the choice IMO.
