What the subject says, there is this girl who hangs out within a group of peopeo I hang out with. I have taken an interest in her...one of my friends, we'll call him douchebag, told her for me, my problem with this is it makes it all highschoolish now. Anyway, she laugs at my jokes, even though they can be lame sometimes, she seems excited to see me when I show up on Sunday nights to the cafe we all hang out at, when I showed up to the superbowl party last week that was being thrown, she made sure I sat next to her....all these sorts of things...she flirts with me...nibbles my shoulder or back...we tickle each other, all that jazz.

BUT!!

I had called her earlier during superbowl week to ask her to lunch, she never called back (I left VM) until Sunday before the party to invite me to it, (I was already going with another friend that knew about it, but she did not know that) She said then that she was busy with her friend who had appendicitis and would have called me back sooner, BUT, I caught her on her BS later that night when she mentioned the parties that she had been to on Sat. night (I kept this to myself, never called her on it) She started talking to some other friends, and myself about some other guys, and to her other friend began talking about this guy who could not take a hint and keeps asking her out (hes been doing it for a year she said) Then she talked about some guy who it seemed she was interested in, and last night was excited about a guy holding the door open for her.

So with these two things going on, and knowing from my friend that she is aggressive, and goes after a guy when she wants him (at least that is what he said he has seen) So this is makign it real hard to decide on whether or not to ask her out again, I never really get to see her one on one, the only way to do it would be a phone call, unless I get lucky enough to run into her in the student union again....

What do all of you out there think?

LOL, I wish, but I like some of her other friends too...its a cool bunch of people.

shimbo, I have asked her out...when I saked her to lunch, that is why I am still a tad reluctant to do so again.

If it was just a girl I would never see again, I would...but I have lost friends that way...good ones, and this is a good crew that I don't want to mess up with something like that, and she's been hanging with them longer than I have. Seriously, otherwise I would.

Maybe since I can't get a good read and it seems she would be agressive about it since other friends have seen her be that way...I'll just fuhgedaboutit.
