...is it just me or is the most sensitive part of the breast about 1" directly above the nipple? Never made a lot of sense to me....I mean, I don't like 1" above my cock sucked all that much.

Not 100% consistent, but in my experience there does seem a correlation between smaller breasts and more sensitivity.
My current g/f I can get to orgasm simply from her breasts and she is a small B.
