All relative to the girl. I dated a girl with ample boobs who was sensitive as hell, and man was that ever fun. Then I dated a girl, again with ample boobs, who literally felt nothing with her boobs, and that was no fun at all.

Ive only really dated one girl with small breasts, and she didnt anymore or less sensitive then any of the other women i've been with. But i have heard the smaller/more sensitive thing. Not 100% consistent, but in my experience there does seem a correlation between smaller breasts and more sensitivity.
