So last night me and my girl friend of 2 years had a mutual break up, not caues we dont love eathother or caues we dont care for eathother, caues we are just so different. she is still in college and i am out and have a fulltime job and everything, so my life i guess is alittle more structured then hers, she is still in school has a part time job and just lives exactly like a student does like i use to. it sucks and she has been calling me and i have been calling her we talk and hope that we get back together but i just dont know anymore about how things will turn out. help me guys

Sorry to hear that man, I don't know about you, it also took me a good while to get over my last relationship. I'll be frank with you man, if you have deep feeling for her, it's going to hurt, big time. But resort to your friends and family to get you through. At least, in my case, that helped alot. They kept me occupied and helped get my mind off of the breakup. GOOD LUCK, man.

 

Seriously, if it's a mutual break up, why are you so worried? If you didn't want this, why did you break up? Obviously if you like her enough, you could have looked past the little things.

I had the same situation right after I graduated college. I broke up with her and told we'd have to wait for her to graduate. She graduated, didn't change much and we are still broken up.

 

Well we were just speaking on the phone, we agreed to be together but spend alot of time with our friends, i ahve some friends that she doesnt really like so i guess ill chill with them for a while, and when shes workin ill chill with the friends we both hang out with so it wont be bad we are back together but spending tome apart, we will see eachother friday, I only saw her monday when she slept over but we were both to baked to really say much so we fell asleep. its goin to suck not getting into bed with her everynight. its goin to feel really werid t sleep alone

I had a bf of 5 years. It's over now and we're both happy so it's not the end of the world.

 

We are back together she had something things she told me and had to tell me before we got back together something happened to her thats a life changing thing, and i could never be mad at her for nor hold it against her. now i know why she has been acting the way she has and now she is acting amazing again like before her life altering delema happened, we got back together last week and this weekend she told me something that she should have told me a few months ago. I love her to death and she is an amazing girl, i just wish i could have helped her when someone did what they did i feel like i hve failed as a man and as a boyfriend and as a person she looked to for everything. i don't think you should feel like you 'failed' in anyway. If anything she only has the other person to blame and some what of herself for getting so drunk. She should have had friends around her that she trusted to 'take care' of her or something. It was out of your hands don't blame yourself and beat yourself up over something that you had no control over.

If anything go find the person and report them. Thats all you really can do unless you really want to get ur hands dirty, but I don't think ur gf would want that or maybe she would.

 

See i trust her and she went 0ut with her work friends(she doesnt work there anymore) i thought shes with a bunch of girls and a few guys whats the big deal, well this is what happened. My girlfriend never drinks Taquila and she had 9 shots plus a few beers, her fiends put her in a room caues she was passed out, and then everyone was sleeping and the fuckin kid that raped her went in there and raped her took full advantage of her, i want to kill him she doesnt want me to do anything though she said shes all ready had enough of it so i am just sitting here like WHAT THE FUCK do i do now. I think you should go n press charges. Otherwise, it's just all a waste of energy to get worked up over. I'm not trying to sound insensitive but really if you can't beat him up, then have her go press charges. He might do it again to someone else.
