She is 18 years old, and we have been dating for a little over 3 years. I am having trouble with birthday gifts, seem to always get her jewerly, I dont know if girls get tired of it, or if thats fine. She spent a good amount on me for my last birthday and I want to buy her something a little more expensive this time.

Since I am in college and cant be home for her bday I was looking to get her tickets to a concert when we would be together, but that won't work.

No she isnt into massages that much, and the concert idea wont work out, no bands playing in the date range, gift certificate looks like i didnt put enough thought into it.

 

Sure a gift certificate doesnt look like u put thought into it, but i bet she wont expect it. If she is into her hair and designing, she will love that. Maybe find someway for someone to drop her off there blindfolded so she doesnt know where shes going, and whoever drops her off there, has a card from you to give her at the door before she walks in to get her hair done. Or just prepay at the place.

i wouldnt bother getting her a gift for her birthday, shes a super young college chick and will be getting birthday gifts from the guy or guys she is banging away at college. college chicks are drunk, young, and horny and long distance relationships never work, especially in college....so do yourself a favor and save your money and look for a local girlfriend.

I would but I have spring break 5 days later, and its a 4 hour drive, so its a pointless drive. Nothing she really really wants, so this is a tough one.
