I've done this one before, I would rather not repeat. Plus, our anniversay is soon after and I will send roses then. This is to change up things a little.
Go with #2. You can't go wrong with orchids. It shows you have taste. A woman who likes flowers will tell you roses are played out, so pass on those. I also worked for a plant company, and the orchids will last anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
I'm not a huge fan of any of the arrangements you've posted, but if I had to choose -- I'd pick the very first one... #1. I know she loves purple, but that doesn't mean the ENTIRE ARRANGEMENT needs to be purple only
Try incorporating some other colours with the purple to make it a little more eye-catching and upbeat.

Oh, and my suggestion would be to visit a local florist and have them put something together there instead of choosing from pre-set arrangements online. Then you can keep the things you like and change around the things you don't... just give them a price range. Does it need to be ordered online?

Arrangement 1 looks like they will last the longest, 2 looks skimpy, and 3 is ok, but when the flowers start to die, those kind in particular are a mess cleaning up.
And 1 looks most vibrant.

How about this one?

Available at proflowers... the stargazer lilies will last a long time and smell fantastic, and you still have your irises there.
Those lilies are my hands-down favorite flower; I always have them at my desk here at work, and I get compliments at least twice a day on how good they smell.

I went with #1. Reason being, I know she'll love them because they are from me, its different from the typical roses and they are her favorite color. Man these things get expensive. I like the bouquet you posted Cali, I think I might save that for a just because or something
