In my experience, you will know when things click. Everyone always says just be yourself and don't force anything... I definitely think they're right! I think the worst thing you can do is try too hard and then everything will turn out awkward.

Having confidence in yourself is a big plus. But remember... there's a fine line between confidence and cockiness... you don't want to come off as someone with a big ego. Try to make a funny comment and make her laugh to break the ice and then just ask her if she's free for lunch or dinner.

Good luck!

I think that's my major problem. I always fear the worse may happen such as being completely ignored (w/ everyone else looking - extremely embarrassing to say the least) or yellled at. I remember one time I approached a girl at the Mall and she yelled at me. Still haven't been able to recover completely from that...lol

This didn't work. She said "About 700 pounds, asshole."

Dont sweat it!!
I don't think the "method" would work at all picking up a chick...

Confidence man... That will get you anyone...

I tried 1 cheesy pick up line once and it worked.

It was at a restraunt. She was our waitress. She brought us our bill and when I went up to pay it, I said "I have a problem with this bill!" She said " Whats wrong with it?" I said "Your phone number is not on it!".... I was in like flynn.
