I'm tell you guys, I went from 270 being completely fat to 183 right now with abs moving in. I'd fuck myself LMAO!!! All kidding aside, like I said I'm just enjoying life right now. This is a good moment for me and i'm taking full advantage of it.

Wow, for real.
I WILL say this, when I became single and depressed. I quit smoking and dropped from 258 to 211 by jogging and eating less. It made a HUGE difference in the way women approached me. My confidence got better and I took on a new approach to the idea of happiness (namely, that it was something you decide and choose rather than some people just being lucky cause they were happy...courtesy "The Art of Happiness" by the Dalai Lama) and once I did that, it seemed to really attract people to me, in general.
There was HUGE difference in how people treated me when I was 210 from 260. Much better...glad you got it together, man. Nothing like being in control of your destiny (more of less).

I've been going to the gym more often too but I always undo the workout with my eating habits 
I try so hard to eat well, more importantly smaller portions, but I've eaten like crap for years. I'm surprised I'm not bigger than I am.

Where do I find these girls? Simple, I posted a picture on Facebook without my shirt on and have 4 abs just about showing next thing you know my fucking phone blows up with all these girls saying "Hey sexxi" or "hey you! How's it been..." I was also on a dating site which I rejected 4 girls and one of them still doesn't understand it ain't going to happen... I'm doing me right now, working on my body hard and spending a lot of time with this girl. I took her down the shore to my parents home, we ended up cuddling and feel asleep next to each other... We woke up and umm yeah lol I just looked into her beautiful eyes moved in very close and we both just went for it. Ha! Ahhh life is great right now. My ex.. yup not even a damn thought in my mind.
To answer how did I determine if they weren't worth the time simple they never once cared to know who I really was before posting that picture now all of a sudden they want to "know" me. Nothing but sex on their end, and that is something I made very clear to all of them, not looking for rebounds... All I can do is just keep looking forward to a better day than the last day.

The problem is that it is not just your decision. I have seen many relationships fail and usually there is one person that is willing to work a lot harder than the other.

She called today and wanted to know when and where we can meet up tomorrow to talk. I'm guessing my request for another week apart wasn't good. She kept everything short answered straight to the point, didn't want to talk any more than she had to. At the end I said I love you and got a "Ok bye" response. After 9 years, you can't tell the man you'd been with "I love you". It hit me so hard, I went from some what stable to a wreck. I know this is it, tomorrow She ends this dream of ours. I made one of the most hard phone calls ever today. A guy who she would hang with a lot from college, I had asked him to promise me that when this ends, he should be there to support her and take care of her, and make sure she doesn't end up with an asshole. I fought every tear back before hanging up and breaking down. I am asking the lord to give me strength to over come tomorrow.

Found my way into ramblings and came across this thread, skimmed through most the post and read all of yours Guss. Just like other AZ members, family members and friends advised you to move on for your well being they also advised you to test the waters. Being a good man and having some experience don't necessarily have to be on opposite sides of the specturm. I think before you go and bog yourself down in a long term, serious relationship you should go on A LOT more dates; it'd help your emotional maturity and intelligence. The only people in your life that are irreplaceable are your parents and even when they pass away, life goes on. When you've had X amount of relationships/experiences it puts the value of each of them into prespective.

GUS, I read somewhere (dont ask) the best sex a girl has last only 15-20 minutes....and add a little fooling around before that (another 10-12 minutes)....

as long as you're happy, that's all that matters! But I will say that when the first thing you say about why she's great is that sx is awesome and she's bangin and lasted 2 hours...I would be very surprised if you are still with her in 6 months. But, that's the fun of being young!
