1 year of marriage? or dating?

cruises have come down a shit ton in pricing.. probably cheaper then both a CA or FL trip. if you want to stay stateside, id go to florida this time of year. the pacific is mighty fucking cold.

Florida. I was just in Sarasota (look at Siesta Key), weather is low 90's, Gulf of Mexico is in the mid 80's already.

I was looking there as well as Fort Myers. Recommend any specific hotels or anything. I have a hilton Grand Vacations time share which gives me access to alot of partner places as well. So Just seeing if there are any recommendations in the area.

The only thing about cruises is the fact that we have traveled together a lot. She always says that I never give her any relax time on the beach because I am one of those people who likes to see anything and everything I can if I have never been before. So I figure I will take her to Fl since we have never been and I will only plan a nice dinner and massage the rest is up to her and her relax time.

Go to Miami/South Beach...

The weather will be way better than in Cali. But So Cal has some great stuff to do/see/eat.

Well if your just looking for chill time, FL's the way to go. unless you can make it to puerto rico, not much more expensive now adays, and the weathers twice as nice.

If you want beaches, might be out of budget and distance but, what about Hawaii? Caribbiean(sp)?

and the water temp was in the high fifties at best. I dont think a high shrink factor and a one year anniversary will mix well.

I live a half hourish away from Miami, and the 305 is such a fun city. South Beach is awesome, the nightlife all around is great, and a lot of peaceful beaches as well....Its just been so damned hot here lately.

I think St Augustine Beach would be great for both of you. If you decide against Cabo, that is. There's some absolutely beautiful beaches there for her, and some great sights to see for you. But be warned, its been hot as a mofo here for the last few weeks. I've had to run the a/c in my car at 11:00 at night. That's just insane.

If you're driving, go to Destin/Pensacola area (Florida, of course). If you're flying, go to south Florida.
