What's your favorite hot sauce?

Okay - so I'm addicted to Tabasco Sauce.

My wife picked a fight with me as I was drowning my western omelette and hash browns with half a bottle at Ram's Horn this morning...she thinks spicy food causes stomach cancer. Is this true?

I buy the bulk 12oz bottles of Tabasco at Costco - I pour it on almost everything. Perhaps I need a 12-step program, but I can't imagine life without it.

Blairs Death sauce.

Simply the best hot sauce out there. Nothing even comes close to it - so much flavor. If you like hot sauce go pick some up, you'll thank me later.

<---hot sauce fanatic.

Louisiana, good flavor, and not too hot so you can add alot. Tabasco you can't add too much to get the flavor without making it too hot.

Blairs Death sauce.
Haven't seen it before - must not be widely available. I've tried Dave's Insanity Sauce - has a well deserved name.

Blairs and Dave's have been around a while. You should be able to find it in any specialty food store or a place that has any decent selection of hot sauces.

Make sure you get regular "death sauce" - it has tremendous flavor without too much heat. The "after death sacue" is just plain burn your mouth off, similar to dave's insanity.

even my girl loves Blair's death sauce. We go through a bottle every two weeks.

I have

Lousiana hot sauce
Yucatan Sunshine Habanero sauce
Melindas Extra hot habanero sauce
Tapatio hot sauce

Tabasco does suck, it has a strong vinegar taste. the green tabasco is ok but its not really a hot sauce and the chipotle has some zing to it.

I need to get my hands on Daves Insanity sauce, i heard its the hottest sauce on the market.

If spicy food caused cancer, no one in Louisiana would live past the age of 10.

I Tabasco.
