the apple pie is a premade pie crust

about 10-12 apples
3/4 T cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
3T flour
1/2t nutmeg if you want, the wife doesnt like nutmeg

peel, core and cut up apples
mix apples and ingredients, place in pie plate, bake at 350 for 45 minutes

and for the meatballs i used this

http://beef.allrecipes.com/az/ItlinMtblls.asp

i would use only 2T oregano unless you like the powerful taste, and only cook em for 30 min.

the sauce is tomato paste, sauce, diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes

What did everyone eat for dinner?

I just had some fresh albacore tuna I seared it on a pan... along w/ rice and fresh greens

All I did was season w/ salt pepper, a dash of sesame oil, some minced garlic, soysauce, honey, and a dash of sake garnished with toasted sesame seeds

My filets were perfectly medium rare. Nice crust on the outside, pink in the center.
Took me about 10 minutes to make, nice and quick.

I love tuna, but I hate tunafish. Very weird. I ate at my sister's house. She cooked pasta, pork roast, broccoli, and potato pie. Pretty damn good. I had a piece of pumpkin pie for dessert.

I made extra lean ground turkey, then I added 6 cloves of minced garlic, diced onions and steak cut mushrooms that I sauteed in a red wine vinger and butter. Mixed it all in with a spicy tomato and basil sauce (four brothers) and served it with some rotini.

Nah, dont have cable.

I just like fucking around and making concotions, seeing what works. I enjoy cooking when I have time. And when I'm working 12 hours+ a day on set....I generally dont feel like cooking when I get home.

So, I do it when I can.

I can cook pretty good, if I put the effort in it... but I'm kinda lazy like that... but last night... I met my parents for dinner at "The Club House" in Costa Mesa... and had some awesome Jambalaya... and for a few minutes, I actually thought to myself... "I can do this..." And I probably can... but just going out and buying all the ingredients...
