Sup,

Can anyone reccomend a good cocktail for me to order for my girlfriend? Everytime we go out I just draw a blank on waht to order for her. All i really drink is Scotch neat and beer, so I am not to keen on mixed drinks. She's sick of Apple Martinis, French Martinis, Cosmos, and not every restaurant/bar has Frozen Drinks, so any suggestions??? Thanks.

I'm resurrecting this thread to keep the repost police happy, even though IMO it sucks ass and a new one should be made.

My roommates and I are throwing a party this Friday, and I have been put in charge of the alcohol. Drinks for the guys are easy, throw some cheap beer and a bottle of whisky at them and they'll be happy. The girls are a little more picky, and thats where I need some help. I'll probably buy stuff to make Margaritas or Daiquiris and Cranberry Vodkas, but what else? What other drinks do you guys & gals suggests?

Keep it simple!

 

my wife loves vodka sour, and for another drink... mix 1 part mandarin vodka with cranberry juice.... the girls will love it!

You can buy Martini kits now that are as easy as it gets and will impress the ladies. You can make an Appletini, Chocolatini, Carmel Appeltini, the list goes on. You just put the premade mix in a shaker, add Vodka and ice and shake. I did this at a party at my house a month ago and the girls loved it. They thought I was a master bartendar but it was easy as making a Screwdriver! What they don't know won't hurt them.

 

We make this stuff called PT, don't asks what it stands for. But it is Vodka, water, fruit punch and pink lemonade koolaid. It's good and they won't even know they are getting drunk.

Make it in a 5 gallon gatorade cooler.

 

On a side note - Ever since the TV show Sex and the City a martini has become a girls drink. It used to be a mans drink, the Rat Pack, James Bond, give me a dirty Martini. Now it's all Appletinis and Cosmos.
