Ok - I hope this isn't against the rules here - but I just had to plug one of my best friends who is seriously doing her thing!! A girl I grew up with (we're practically sisters) started her own company called Southern Ce's BBQ and she has some amazing BBQ sauces and rubs.

She ships and does custom baskets upon request. She's won some awards for her BBQ sauces and will be launching a couple of new rubs in January. I can't wait to try her coffee rub (great for beef).

Last night I made chicken legs with the Kickin Chicken rub and it was so good! If anyone decides to check it out, let me know.
