My mom was at a farmer's market last week and she knows I like okra, so she bought me a jar of pickled okra. Other than just eating them out of the jar like regular pickles, what else can I do with them?
Searching online just has recipes for making the pickled okra, not what to do with them once you have them. One place showed a pickled okra sandwich, but really, that's not a recipe.

Pickled Okra is to be used as a condiment. I have eaten though as a summer salads, corn, bean and ham salad. But I don't know what else it was made with.

 

put it in a pulled pork sandwich.
