Depends what your requirements and price range are.

I just picked up a 2007 Weber Genesis Premium (the one with the 9mm stainless steel cooking grates). I checked out alot of different grills in this price range and the Weber was just built like a tank so I went for it.

Stainless Steel & Natural Gas hookup = the ultimate in convenience and low maintenance. It should grill just about everything very well. But for the perfect steak, I'd rather have a charcoal grill with a nice thick, heavy cast iron cooking grate.

My family uses a Vermont Castings grill and we love it.
