Looks good bearcat. Have you ever tried grilling the sausages and cooking the peppers and onions separately? I find the flavor that the grill gives the sausages makes it that much better.

Sorry.
Basically yes. Very straight-forward.
I pre-boiled the sausage then spilt them in the frying pan (that equals the "cook the sausages half way").
Cut coarse:
1/2 of Red Bell Pepper,
1/2 of a Greeen Bell Pepper,
1/2 of a medium Yellow Onion and
about 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Sautee in a little butter before adding the sausages.
Dug out the hogie rolls. Sliced Provolone Cheese. Used Sauce from a jar, with a little crushed red pepper and a splash of Worcestershire sauce added; just heat it in the Microwave.
Pretty quick and easy. And the pre-boil takes a lot of the fat out of the sausage (not all, but definelty less greasy).
Sausages on the grill would be very good. So would roasting the peppers on the grill.
Oh yeah, I got some red peppers at home waiting to go on the grill tonight. Marinate them in a little olive oil with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper after roasted. Give me some bread and I could die a happy man.
