If I had a restaurant I would invest in that!
They come out pretty much perfect.

Lobster bisque!
And seriously...for those who haven't tried lobster...give it a shot!
I'm not into all seafood but this def. one of them.
I would start with the tail...grilled and with melted butter! Sooo good!
