That is pretty cool - the idea and implementation - though, I'd be more impressed if all the pieces were connected.

So, I'm guessing the lobster would be sauteed rather than boiled now?

No... too damn messy if you ask me... I'd rather just have the meat, but I will admit that I do like the look of a breaded stuffed lobster on a plate (with shell and all).

I actually still have a couple of lobster pots in the backyard... they are the only ones remaining form the batch my dad made 20 something years ago when we had about 25 traps off of Westport, MA....
