Guacamole

Made tacos tonight which included some homemade guacamole.

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- Lime Juice

Crush the avocados, dice the tomato/onion, mince the garlic and mix everything in a bowl. Add a few splashes of lime juice.

Here is the whole spread.

Your garlic ratio is way to low. for 2 avacodo's and that much tomato you need like 3 cloves. If you like a little spicy in your quac mince half a jalpeno and throw it in too. I throw in about 8 drops of El yaceteo habenero chile hot sauce too it looks like nuclear green but it adds a nice spicy undertone to the quac. There's a place in kensington market on augusta just south of nassau called perola that has great authentic taco shells too. nom nom nom

Some awesome things to try and add to guar for goooood tastiness.

1) fresh made salsa right into the guar....mmmm

2) pomegranite seeds....yup....nice burst of sweet acid

Interesting suggestions. I'll have to give them a try.

I just use two avacados, half a red onion, and a can of Spicy Rotel, drained.

As long as it requires me to consume it first for the anti-arachnid properties to take effect, I am down...
