Corned Beef Brisket... what to do

I have this big 10 lb+ hunk of cooked corned beef brisket I just thawed out of my freezer. Anyone have any ideas of what to do with it other than just putting it in the oven?

You mention it is already cooked so all you need to do is prepare a meal with it.
