good chili will take you several hours to make, i wouldn't count on it for tonight.

do a google search, there's plenty of recipes out there and a million variations.

i like to throw in some buffalo meat instead of chopped meat, and rattlesnake if you can find it.

I was hoping to hear from some people here what they liked. Any ape can look up a recipe with Google

Brown 2lbs ground beef (season it while browning it with chopped onions, Tony Chachery's, black pepper, and as much cayenne pepper as you see fit)
Drain meet
Get a big pot: add meat, 2 cans of tomotoe sauce, one can stewed tomatoes (whole or chopped), two cans ranch style pinto beans, one can black beans, 2 cans of water and two McCormick Chili seasoning packets (I know this is cheating).
Bring to a boil, and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Takes all of 30 minutes and will produce a damn good bowl of Chili!
