Beer Can Chicken

Chicken can`t come out more moist than this.

Beer Can Chicken
It`s very simple
1. Rub your chicken with your favorite seasoning.
2. Crack open a cheap beer (pabst, keystone etc.) Make sure you take a big sip out of it first.
3. Put the beer can inside of the chicken.
4. Use the indirect method of grilling putting the coals to each side of the grill and drip pan in between.
5. When you get your coals good and hot put on the grill, cover it and forget about it until it is done.

Note: Proper temp for poultry is 155 degrees.

This chicken comes out very moist and you will get a very faint flavor of the beer. Bon Apetit!

You can use good beer too. My buddy uses shiner and I always go with modelo cause I usually do lime, chili powder and other Mexicano flavorings

On that one I used anything red I could find in my spice rack. But I prefer a Greek seasoning rub.
