Recommend an electric fryer

I'm looking for an electric fryer to make some simple stuff such as chicken wings and french fries.

What do you have and do you like it? I was thinking of something like this...
Amazon.com: Aroma ADF-232 Smart Fry XL 4-Quart Digital Dual-Basket Deep Fryer: Kitchen & Dining Amazon.com: Aroma ADF-232 Smart Fry XL 4-Quart Digital Dual-Basket Deep Fryer: Kitchen & Dining

I have three of these. I like them a lot.

Amazon.com: Presto 05466 Stainless Steel Dual Basket Pro Fry Immersion Element Deep Fryer: Home & Kitchen Amazon.com: Presto 05466 Stainless Steel Dual Basket Pro Fry Immersion Element Deep Fryer: Home & Kitchen

It comes completely apart to clean. I highly recommend it.

Buy a deep pan and a metal straining spoon thingy, it'll do the same thing as a fryer and have more uses for things other than frying food. I wish we didn't buy our fryer, used it like three times in 5 years.

Personally I don't like frying on the stove. It's way too much to clean. I usually use the deep fryer in the garage. Lol.

We really use them twice maybe three times a year. And I have three because I do about 40-50 lbs of wings for our superbowl party.

If I had a bigger kitchen I think I would try the deep pan, but I think I'll go with a fryer because I can put it on my patio and not worry too much about splatter. I have a smaller container that I could use with my my turkey fryer but I think that's too much of a pain and I like that the electrics regulate the temp.

Do these electrics recover temp quickly when you drop a bunch of wings in them? For that Presto how many wings can you put in one of those baskets at one time? How long does one batch of wings take?

I've put 10 raw wings in each basket (20 total) and they took about 8 minutes I think.

I usually parbake my wings first though. Once cooked I can do 12-14/basket depending on size in about 4 minutes to get them crispy.
