I am looking to start making some beef jerky. I however do not have a recipie for a good marinade.

Does anyone know of a good marinade that they have tried? I do not want a marinade that is prodominatly teriyaki. When I buy packaged beef jerky it is always the peppered or hot.

So that is what I am looking for. A good peppered or hot marinade.

Any ideas?

Or at least point me in the right direction. I have googled, but most sites take you to a site that take you to a site that take you to a site, etc...
