I was (and still is) a big fan of Killer Instinct 2. For those who don't remember,

I really think they should bring this game back (Killer Instinct 3) for either Xbox 360 or PS3. What do you guys think?

 

I pumped so many quarters into the arcade version of KI1 and KI2 that I could have bought both of them.

 

if it comes back it will be on the wii, but i doubt it.

 

The first game that introduced the bazillion hit combos...?



It was entertaining but it was nowhere as good as SF2, Samurai Shodown, or even Mortal Kombat.

 

I thought the KI series owned, good music, good move sets as well, and the characters seemed decent. It would be great if Rare would release another.

 

there is a vid of some guy doing like 60+ combos while that is not too difficult with characters B Orchid, Tj Combo, and Cinder he also does some with other that are supped up air juggles and such. for those who dont remember the combo sytem that well activating and Ultracombo move only add 18 hits to however many you can pull before most characters can only do 25-28 hits with the ultra using basic combo mechanics. most i ever got was 32

killerinstict was better than the mortal kombat at that time and seemed to draw more crowds than any other fighter arcade. that i saw it was the last game i played on arcade.

 

Using Rash looks awesome...and who hear remembers playing Battletoads on the NES...??!?? Awesome game...!
