I may get it... I hate aiming with control sticks. I haven't played a Mech game since MechWarrior 2.

...did anyone get this game yet? I, almost, bought it at Costco just now, but decided (for once) to hold off until I get more inputs/feedbacks... I have a tendency to jump the gun, and buy games right when they come out, sometimes I end up regreting it or returning it before I even open the package, I think the Costco people are getting sick of me returning stuff...

 

This is out? Sweet I'm going to pick it up right now...I'll give you a review tomorrow

 

Very dissapointing so far. Xbox live is down for this game so I can't do anything with that... and the story mode is mind numbingly boring so far. Not really much fun to play either, the machine things are slow and the weapons suck. Graphics are pretty lousy too. And when you kill something it explodes, always the same explosion, and then the thing you killed just fades away until its gone.

Can I return a video game to Costco?

 

Yes, especially if you still have the receipt... But I'd come up with a better excuse than "this game sucks" though... cause, even though they'll return it... they frawn on it... just say "it skips" or "it freezes up". Don't worry, Costco won't say something like "...we'll just swap it..." They just cash you out and let you decide what to do with the money.

Dude...Do you work for Sony? Your the video game killer on here. Spend 2-3 days playing a game before sending it to the used, although lightly section. There's alot of games I didn't like until I played them awhile. I haven't played Chromehounds, cuz I'm too busy playing Motogp 06, another game you think sucks. If you only play a game 5 minutes or less, please spare us your "It Sucks" opinion.

 

it's just an opinion... I'm sure you've seen movies that got bad reviews, but yet... thought it was actually pretty good... right?

As far as I'm concern... BEETROOT saved me the trouble... I had a feeling myself that this game wasn't gonna be that great... I mean... even www.ign.com gave it only a 6.9 rating... which isn't that good... but then again... they've rated games higher in the 8's and I didn't like'em either.. so this goes back to my very first statement... "It's just an opinion".


(BTW, BEETROOT, I was feeling kinda bad that you ran out and bought the game cause I mentioned it... I'm just glad you were able to return it)

 

beetroot is not the only person who thinks this game sucks. I always go by ign.com reviews, and they gave this game a 6.9 "passable" grade.
