this game seriously is crack, i made a lvl 60 orc shaman on Illidan server... this game will fucking take over if you like it. TRUST ME .... the typical person who plays games if you tap into that shit you will fade away from society fucking just playing this game you make friends and ect... with strangers online and when reality slaps you in the face you sit there like ... what the fuck have i been doing... if you have a job / school / friends WoW is the killer of all that i gurantee it

I too have heard many horror stories. But then again, Acurazine is like crack for me too.

It just wasn't my kind of game. I like FPS a lot more, and I didn't really have the time to get into WOW. I play maybe 30 minutes worth of video games every other day, not really enough to get into it.

I guess 'gay' was a little harsh, cool game, just not my style.

 

I still play. I have a 60 UD 'lock on Lightning's Blade, and a 57 gnome warlock on Burning Legion, among a few other low lvl characters.

It STILL has 4.5 million subscribers that think it's quality.

 

cant wait till july when the expansion pack comes out.. it will be nice to lvl again.. plus i wanna see what the blood elves look like

 

Yea i just joined a new server not to long ago its a lot of fun starting out all over again with new people the same lvl.

 

i played counterstrike competively for like 4 years still I found WoW. All the people I played cs with quit and now i have a lvl 60 warrior on boulderfist that I pvp/raid with. name is latham if anyone plays there. my guild is farming rag and up to vael in bwl.

 

Well I just got BEETROOT's copy and purchased a two-month card from Amazon for $25... so when my winter break hits I will be giving this one a shot. Goodbye City of Heroes... I just may have to start ealier than that.

 

Finally got aroung to trying to install this thing. Which I cannot do. Repack-MPQ errors every time even after copying files over to a folder from the CDs, defraging and disk cleaning (seven tries so far). Then I go to WoW's forums and there are tons of install complaints and patch install complaints. I never had these issues with CoH. I am about to sell this thing and the playcard I bought.

just tried it out this past weekend, i know i am really late to the game, but i think it is pretty amazing

although the last game i put some serious time into was final fantasy x, i haven't been keeping up

i got a paladin up to 12 over the weekend, but going through the forums i think i am gonna try again with a hunter and maybe a warrior in parallel

i didnt want to go to the gym anyway

and does anybody have a copy they are interested in selling like beet did? i think my roommate is going to join me in ruining his life... we used to play starcraft for days

 

Nah sorry copies were 20 dollars around christmas time. And a Paladin you :noob: Alliance sucks balls they never win BG. But yea Blizzard games are addicting starcraft consumed i would say about 5%of my life same with Diablo and Diablo2.

 

LOL, well Guild Wars has been a whole lot more fun for me plus a lot easier to patch and load. So I can sell WoW to you with a brand new, recently acquired, legal and unused product key and a 2 month time card (package deal only) for $47; which was my total cost.
