Wireless N vs. Gigabit
I'm trying to search on Google..... but still confused.
Got basic DSL at home. Laptop is able to do wireless b/g/n.
Need a new wireless router for replacement at home. Shop around and came across "Wireless N" and "Wireless N Gigabit". What are the differences between the two? I'd guess the speed may be limited by the land side not Wireless N or the Gigabit.
Tks.

tks. understand gigabit is for LAN. How about the following? It says wireless N gigabit. Is it a wirelss N or is it a gigabit? sorry, if this is a dumb question.

The walmart page is screwed up. Go figure. It says 10/100 for wired but Linksys site says wired connections are 1000baseT and wireless is -N.
So, gigabit for wired, draft -N for wireless.
