wii games
i have absolutly no idea as to which wii games i should buy...i just got a wii for xmas and have the new guitar hero, and the game that came with the wii...mario kart should be here soon, but what other games do you guys recommend??

It really depends on what kind of games you like.
So far my favorite games for the Wii are GH3 and Mario Galaxy. I have mario cart, but im not that thrilled about it. Zelda seems to be a pretty good game, but I haven't played it much yet. I
Tiger Woods golf, but you would have to be a golfer to enjoy it.

my chick is coming over with the bond game, quantum of solace so i'm gonna try that game out...i am a golfer, and i wouldnt mind tiger most likely...i was always a fan of zelda growing up, could be a good pick up, thanks
forgot to mention, i have mario galaxy as well, bought it when my sister and brother in law got their wii, def. a fun game...so many colors and camera movements that i almost go into epileptic seziures afer a little while haha

and btw, your CL is sexy...always liked how clean it was when i was in the CL forum with my PDG

The AMF bowling games are good if you are into that sort of thing.
Madden is good--I love motion sensing vs. button mashing.
CODWaW is great--just started it recently. Get a gun, though.
No more heroes has lots of hype but I got tired of it quickly.

Honestly unless you have a lot of free time you'll spend most of your time playing Guitar Hero World Tour if you have all the instruments. That + Wii Sports + Mario Kart should occupy you for months. The next game I'd get after that would be Mario Galaxy or Resident Evil 4. Both I have and are excellent games.

I have Mario Galaxy (I played it off and on for close to 1 yr ... I got Whiskers beat!) ... you'll like the 'surprise' that will happen once you've discovered all 120 stars. LOL.
I like playing Mario Kart ... I still have a lot to unlock -- players and karts. Seems you have to get 1st place in all the races for each 'Cup' ... just like the others in the series. So there is "replay-ability" with this title.
I also enjoyed Resident Evil -- I'm at one point that's pissing me off, so I haven't touched it in over 6 months. Once I've gone through my Guitar Hero phase, I'll go back to that game.
If you like puzzles, try looking at "Zak and Wiki" ... that's a great game. It translates horribly from the Japanese, but a very fun game. Rent it to see if that's your type of game. (I've seen it at EB for under $20 if you've got the loot to blow)
Oh ... then there's Big Brain Academy (similar to Brain Age on the DS) ... that's good when friends are over.

Dragon Ball Z budaki tenchichi 3

They don't even bother to clean them. I'll pickup a new one on amazon or ebay.
ok first of all for GC game i have to reccomend ETERNAL DARKNESS one of the greatest games EVER exclusivly on a nintento sys
Killer 7 is very good a lot more Adult than you would think on a GC
if you like RPGs then Tales of Symphonia (there is a sequal on wii) and Skies of Arcadia legends (improved version from the original DC)

also if you like sonic you can get sonic mege collection for the gc pretty cheap and it has lots of sonic games in it and as you play you can unlock more games i never did unlock all them but you start off with all the major ones
also there is mega man x collection it has all the mega man x games a lot of which where not origianally for nintendo some on psx so you wont be able to get them on VC

imo, the best games on the Wii are the oldschool ones you download to your console.
There's something wonderfully nostalgic about beating Mario Brothers 3, playing Sonic the Hedgehog 3, the old Zelda games, etc. I'm a beast at MarioKart64, and I love putting the smack down on people that come over and try to play me.
Speaking of Zelda, Twilight Princess is the only one I just lost the interest to play and never beat it. When Ocarina of Time came out I skipped school for 3 days and hardly slept or ate to beat it, lol.
They really, REALLY need Goldeneye for 64 available on the Wii. That game was epic. The Complex w/ power weapons ftw!
