what are some games you're looking forward to in 2009?
i only have a PS3 so i'm looking forward to:
- uncharted 2
- COD6
- batman: arkham asylum

I was thinking about this the other day, and I really couldn't think of anything. I'm perfectly content with the three games I have, MGS4, SC4, and AC:fA. Of course if Gran Turismo 5 turns up...

Shit is HOI3 coming out in 2009. I love HOI2 unfortunately it can't get any mods working since I got my new notebook comp. Empire total war looks amazing too. I thought the other total war games were cool but I'm not a fan ancient warfare.

^^Cool I have been using World in flames but since i got a new computer I can't get that mod to work. I tried TRP but it won't work either. So I've been playing around with new mods like 33 or mod34 revolucion. I hope the graphics are improved along with better AI in HOI3. I can't wait I have to say the HOI series is probably the best strategy games.

Yeah, the game uses the EU 3 engine, so using a somewhat 3D-ish map with zooming capabilities.
FAR more provinces that are much smaller. No more tech teams, instead what you build influences how good you are researching. Example, the more tanks you build, the easier it is obviously to improve them. Hmm, intelligence is getting a complete revamp, so is politics etc etc.
I'd visit the official forums for more info, they do a weekly Developers Diary every Wednesday and include a screenshot or two.

I play on 2 different servers, a low rate server, and a high rate server. I started the low rate about 3-4 months ago, and the high rate about 9 months ago. I'm ready for the 3rd class on the high rate, but I'm still working on getting my 2nd class characters on the low rate server. I can't wait for all the new looks, as well as skills!
