What game(s) are you playing right now...?

If you haven't played the Uncharted series, you really need to check it out. One of the best game series out there. I'm sure all of the games can be picked up for dirt cheap these days.

Yes liking Uncharted. Simple 3rd person shooting setup, great dialogue and story. Though I don't mind open world, I do kind of like it's linear style.

Well, I've come to the conclusion that I'm not going to finish Shadow of the Colossus...just too damn lame to me. I thought I'd at least force myself to finish it, but it's not happening. Lollipop Chainsaw is sitting here, so will be checking that out this weekend.

Yeah I tried SotC. I'm not into artsy games and it's a little archaic for me as it's a PS2 game.

On a side note, I think Ico and SotC are an odd pairing, even if they are from the same studio; they're not really that similar.

I never played PofP but GoW is fun regardless of the platform. And the controls haven't really been revolutionary in all its varieties. It kind of just works though the combos have improved. I need more!

So, I played the P.T. game for about 30 minutes last night. Had to put it down...
Having been through my share of "scary" games, I would have to say this little teaser game takes #1 for messing with my head.

Xbox is killing me with all these damn sales and shit.
I recently picked up the Definitive Edition of Tomb Raider, I played it on 360 before but it's so fun and for $13.20, it was worth it to play it again. Been playing that a lot.
Picked up Wolfenstein: The New Order for $25, having fun with that, I like the ability to be stealthy, controls are a little wonky though.
Metro 2033 Redux for $25 too, that'll be here Wed. Heard great things but never played it.
GTA's new Heists are out so I've been playing that with friends too, it's a lot more fun than the regular missions online.
Ori and The Blind Forest, fun but pretty damn challenging.
Also Diablo 3 and Forza Horizon 2.
Yeah, I'm playing a lot.
Has anyone played Dying Light? What do you think of it? Looks really fun, I'm waiting for it to fall below $30 or so.

Three leagues in NA right now. CEVO, ESEA, and Faceit.
CAL died a long time ago although a "CAL-Reloaded" is apparently in the works.
The prize pools keep soaring higher and higher. This seasons CEVO pool is $11k, next seasons is $144k.

Wow. I've heard of ESEA but as far as I know it is one of those where you have to pay a monthly fee of like $10 or so to play on their servers... pff.
I remember back in the day when I had no life and played cs like 7 hours a day. I went to one of the annual CAL winter tournaments in Dallas where there were teams from all over the world. I think SK Gaming won that tourney. Anyways, the payout to the winner was I think $20k or so.
I just went for a few hours to see what it was like. That is where I first saw BAWLS and the only other times I've seen it was at Quakecon I visited a couple years ago and at Fry's Electronics a few weeks ago
Brings back memories of how much of my younger life I wasted on CS lol. But hey, I played in CAL for a short time!

^Difference is those prize pools are like every weekend now, instead of once or twice a year.
I ended up going all three days. Met a lot of nice people including the VP and host of MLG, Chris Puckett. So when the time came he picked me as the spectator interview right before the grand finals. 40k+ viewers.
AND..... I'm applying for a job at MLG.

Otherwise, with playoffs on TV...not much time for gaming. I suspect when Arkham Knight arrives, I'll be playing that non-stop.
