Question about the quick launch icons
Ok, So on my quick launch on windows xp, I accidentally moved the "show desktop" icon onto the desktop. The thing is, i tried moving the icon back to the quick launch area, but it only makes it a shortcut. I want the "show desktop" file to be in quicklaunch, not the desktop. I can't seem to fix this. Does anyone know how to get the icon back into quicklaunch?
ok you want to go into:
C:\Documents and Settings\*your username*\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
and drag the Show Desktop icon into that folder. Make sure it MOVES, rather than copy or create shortcut. It will then be on your Quick Launch bar, and you can move it to where you want it to be on the bar.

and drag the Show Desktop icon into that folder. Make sure it MOVES, rather than copy or create shortcut. It will then be on your Quick Launch bar, and you can move it to where you want it to be on the bar.
