PS2 and component cables?

Did the PS2 come with a set of compoinent cables, or is that something you have to buy seperately?

If they don't come with it, where can I pick them up?

Thanks.

It didn't come with them. I picked up a set on Amazon (I got a set that works for XBox and PS2).

Difference is night and day.

Must be purchased seperate. Also the quality is much better, but also shows the imperfection and "jaggies" a lot more.

These are the ones I got... work great if you have xbox and ps2, and if you keep em close together.

If you hook up the XBox and PS2 at the same time, what happens?
That cable would be even better if they had a little box or something that had a selector switch on it so you could have both consoles sharing a single Component connection.

It lights on fire. I don't recommend it.

Both consoles do share one connection, but what would you want a switch for? Whichever system is on, works... I've never wanted both of them on at the same time.

Only problem with that cable is there is no optical out for the xbox so I don't think you can hook up the surround sound. I don't think I've played xbox since I got these so I haven't really looked into it, but I know the monster cables have this and these don't.
