PC: World of Warcraft
Got my collector's edition yesterday and installed. Got a bunch of dailies, completed them and turned them in this morning for the XP.
70 shadow priest, 60 paladin, 58 warlock. Priest will get leveled first followed by my warlock.
I'm on Khaz Modan.

Got it at midnight. I created my death knight to save the name. I have already done all of the Death Knight quests 3 times in the beta. So the death knight is not something that I am super happy about playing right now. I will probably spend the hour and a half to get him to 58 and go park him in an inn. They are A LOT of fun though.
I have 4 70's that I have to get to 80 with the addition of my death knight.
All on Thunderhorn.
70 Undead Mage-Frost
70 BE Lock-Affliction
70 Tauren Druid-Feral now but going boomkin.
70 BE Priest-Shadow to level. Holy @ 80.
55 Undead Death Knight that I will level Unholy and go Blood at 80.
FOR THE HORDE!!

i don't play wow but i have some questions
do you have to have the first expansion to play second one?
Then it'd be close to $120 just for the game right on top of the $15 monthly fee?
that's ridiculously priced in my opinion

see the thing is that every lvl from 70-80 the amount of exp get larger and larger. TOday i played for about 7 hrs and got about ahlf way through the first lvl there are tricks,, its much easier to work in grps. in a wekk or 2 i should be capped at 80.
the death nights are coll. but you can only have 1 per account and it has to have a lvl 70 capped to in order to make one, when you DK you start at lvl 55 amd have fgrind up to 80
I ran the new instance The nexus and its a pretty easy instance,, the only hard part is the last boss, we wiped 2 times and 3rd was the charm.. 3 of had never been in there and it worked out well.. the new green easily replace very nice lvl 70 blues,,,
as was the case when burning crusade came out, people were kind of annoyed that some regular greens easily replaced their tier 2 stuff.
THe DK's are cool ,but you can have only one per account with a lvl 70 toon.. YOU have to have a lvl 70 in order to make one. There are 3 different taltent tress you can go with a DK. Frost ,9which i heard is for tanking , unholy, and one other i cant member. how that answers you ?'s miz
wrong info. You can have one per server, not per account. Also, you only need to have a lvl 50 character on that server, not a lvl 70.
Oh i heard it was one per account and you had to be lvl 70 to make one. Seeing as how the DK starts at lvl 55.The three talent trees are frost, unholy and one other.. I heard frost was for tanking.. Anyoe know for sure which talent tree is for tanking?
Yes, that's the term, AoE grinding.
I played for a long time on Saturday and got 1.5 levels. My Shadow Priest is 72.3 now. I made a Death Knight just for the hell of it and oh my god, it's absolutely sick. I have never played a melee class in WoW, and I was just tearing through mobs.
For all those thinking about joining, they've lowered the required experience you need to have to get to 70, so it's quicker than it used to be. And yes, you can buy the expansions when you're close to the level requirement. Burning Crusade when you're like 58 or something, Wrath when you're 68.
Not only do you get 20-30k XP for quests, you also get XP for killing monster (mobs). If you log off at an inn, you get rested experience that builds up the longer you stay there. Rested experience will give you twice the XP you would normally get for killing mobs. If you keep your character logged off at an inn every night, you'll level twice as fast.

1.5 levels.. It maxes out at 150%.
You are probably downloading the whole expansion. So its not really a patch.
Those get old after a while. I did it once and got a warrior to 70 in less than a day. There is no sense of accomplishment with those.
